SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ): FIRM-FIXED PRICE requirement for real estate searches for Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Easement Programs - Closed Easements – Title Search Services in all counties in the State of New York (NY). SYNOPSIS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 12FPC221Q0056 is being issued as a RFQ. This requirement is a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Classification System Code is 541191 Title Abstract and Settlement Offices with a size standard of $12.0 million average annual income. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021 which can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html under the current FAR section. This requirement will be awarded as a commercial item, firm fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures.
