The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC) on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for ACEP-WRE Tree Planting for the Illinois State Office (Alexander County). The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced Purchase Order. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. This is a 100% total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, which has a size standard of $9.5M.
