This is a combined synopsis and solicitaiton for the Wetland Restoration project for property located in town of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsyvania. The primary task for this project is wetland restoration by installing potholes and seeding. In order to accomplish this objective, the Contractor will follow the NRCS approved design to construct the (4) potholes and (2) spoil mounds as shown on the construction drawings. Temporary erosion and sedimentation controls will be installed prior to construction and permanent seeding will be completed after construction.
