The USFS Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) is pursuing a purchase order to secure the services of a Packer and pack mules or horses to transport food, supplies, and equipment, for work in and adjacent to the Trinity Alps, Russian, and Marble Mountain Wilderness Areas located in Northern California, in support of Klamath National Forest Post-Fire Trail Recovery work.
