BACKGROUND: The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing. USDA-ARS Pacific West Area (PWA) Daniel K. Inouye (DKI) U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center (PBARC) Tropical Plant Genetic Resources and Disease Research Unit requires delivery, installation, and training for a 40’ containerized Biological Safety Level 2 Laboratory building at its facility located at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720.
