The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for the construction of one 23' 6" X 60' wood framed storage buildings at the Fort Collins Administrative Site on the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP) in Colorado. (15) Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award, Stand-Alone Contract. (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The period of performance for this contract is Award through 30 September 2020. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 3 August 2020. (18) Contract Magnitude (FAR 36.204). The Government anticipates that the range price of this contract will be: Between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00*. *The range has been modified to give offerors a more realistic range of the Government’s anticipated competitive range for this procurement.
