The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remove and replace the 2x4 sub fascia on the pump house located directly behind the ranger station, and re-install new 2x4 subfascial and then wrap with maintenance free metal fascia. The Contractor shall also replace all 4 corners of trim from overhang to the ground with new 1x4 trim and prime and paint to match the existing T-111 siding currently on the pumphouse. b. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remove and replace the vinyl skirting on all three Fema trailers with metal maintenance free skirting, this shall include an track at ground level ensuring the track or the skirting doesn’t move in or out and stays flush with the trailer walls. The skirting track shall have no less than 2” s of cover. c. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remove and replace the 6 exterior doors on all three trailers, to include hardware and thresholds. Contractor to ensure the hardware replacement to fit new trailer door width and depth. The Contractor will ensure and verify field measurements for rough openings, proper swings, and hardware for each door prior to ordering, also field measure for skirting and pumphouse materials.
