Stanislaus National Forest SO, Spicer Snow Parks Parking Rehabilitation Requirement Description of Work: This project is to pulverize the existing parking lot. Then, repave over the pulverized lot with a new 3” layer of hot mix asphalt concrete. Work also includes, constructing an accessible path and parking in accordance with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA). Ancillary work includes restriping the lot and placing signage. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process. The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value where price is significantly more important than other evaluation factors. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after May 27, 2021 and will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov/ This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 16.5M NAICS code 238990 NAICS Code – 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors - Asphalting, residential and commercial driveway and parking area The Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Davis-Bacon wages apply. Payment and Performance bonds will be required over $30,000 and will be required 10 days after award. From Sonora Travel East on State Highway 49. Take Parrots Ferry Road. Continue through the town of Columbia. Head east on State Highway 4 for approximately 37 miles to the project site. The project is accessed via Spicer Reservoir Road (FSR 7N01), at Highway 4.
