This Solicitation is for Jan... Added the following estimate: Total cleaning sqft for Jessieville Office is about 5894, and the Work Center cleaning sqft is about 2207. Total cleaning sqft of about 8101. This Solicitation is for Janitorial Services located at the Jessieville Ranger District Office and Work Center Buildings located on the Ouachita National Forest. Contractor shall furnish personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and insurance necessary to perform the janitorial services with exception of Government Furnished Property as described in the specifications. The award will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a base period of July 01, 2020 through June 30, 2021, plus two, one-year option periods. This is not a new requirement, past contract # is AG-447U-C-17-0009. No other information will be provided. An organized site visit is not scheduled.
