The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Veterinary Services Miami Florida Port Center intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the supply of Timothy Hay. The Period of Performance is for twelve months and four possible twelve month option periods. The solicitation (and resulting contract ) will also require delivery of a 10lb sample of timothy hay in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.209-4 First Article Approval-Government Testing (at no additional cost to the government) Sample must be received by the close of this solicitation. Any late samples may be rejected.
