(2) Update the clauses and provisions. (3) Add an SF-30 Amendment Acknoledgment form. (4) Update the attachments to the SF1449. (5) Extend the time given to make delivery. (6) Update all applicable dates. (7) Extend the quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0219 is to provide a Tilt Pan Scanner with Mirrors System in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334513 (“Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables”) with a small business size standard of under 750 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is reissued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0219”) and/or title ("Tilt Pan Scanner with Mirrors System") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment acknoledgment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. All quotes submitted must be valid until at least Monday, September 30, 2024. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, August 5, 2024.
