The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity on the Superior National Forest. The project includes, but not limited to removing existing wooden stairways and construction of a new accesible ramp mimiking the historic appearance of the building, constructing a new railing section on the front entrance to match existing, repair or replace two logs on the front of the building based on condition after demo. This announcement constitutes a Solicitation for construction, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13; no previous synopsis was posted subject to 13.105(a) with reference to the exception found at FAR 5.202(13). Interested offerors must be active in SAM.gov at the date and time quotes are due to be eligible for award. Quotes submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered. The solicitation is posted to this www.SAM.gov announcement and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information requests.
