Questions and Answers attachment added 10/27/2022 Amendment 10/17/2022 Facilities moved to Grounds RFQ 12443923Q0002 Amended 10/11/2022 to add Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 9 Please submit Bank contact information. **See attached GM and Cleaning PWS** Site Visit is Mandatory to Bid on the Contract SPECIFIC TECHNICAL TASKS The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items, resources, and services necessary to schedule and provide routine, special response, preventive, cyclical, and non-routine services for grounds maintenance services. The Contractor shall provide all personal protective equipment (PPE), chemicals, equipment, materials, and services to perform the requirements of this contract. Such equipment and the use of that equipment shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Inspectors. Grounds Maintenance services include, but are not limited to: facility and grounds cleaning, mowing, landscaping, edging, trimming, weeding, herbicide application, leaf removal, cleaning and sanitizing floors, drinking fountains and restrooms, cleaning ceiling and door vents and fans, emptying trash and garbage receptacles, cleanups due to leaks, cleaning pavilions, porches, stairs, steps, campsites, fire rings, cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning interior/exterior of buildings, cleaning, removing litter and other debris at campsites, tightening loose fixtures, cleaning gutters and removing debris from building roofs, cleaning and maintaining picnic tables, laundry machines and areas, playgrounds/equipment, beach and other recreation areas, policing grounds and buildings for litter, and other services as necessary. All cleaning services shall include the use of necessary and proper detergent or cleaner, disinfectant and furniture wax or polish, etc.
