The Rio Grande National Forest has a requirement for janitorial cleaning at the Supervisor’s Office in Monte Vista, CO. The office is made up of approximately 20 rooms of different size, totaling 17,869 square feet. Thin carpeted flooring is used throughout. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years. The base period will be from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. The optional periods will run 1 July through 30 June of every year following. An option year is not guaranteed. Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. 12. Contract Award Date. On or about 19 February 2021. 13. Contract Award Dollar Amount.
