This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Contractor shall furnish Labor, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete work under this Contract; blast pit to generate 66,000 cubic yards of material, obtain all required permits, notification to Plumas County Sheriff and Plumas National Forest Dispatch Center before blasting pit, crush 60,000 cubic yards of ¾" aggregate base Class "D" as specified Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-14, Specification in Spec 703 -Table 703-2 and stockpile material in designated area near blasting area.
