Jordan Water Company L.L.C Miyahuna invites the eligible Contractors classified by the GTD as Grade (1) in the field of water and wastewater treatment plant (single or in Joint Venture), to tender for the project of the contract as detailed below. In case of joint venture/ Jordanian parties' initial agreement between them on letter of attention must be submitted. Nationality of the Main contractor, Joint venture partners in accordance with USAID Code 937 and regard the materials refer to USAID code #937 (The United States, the recipient country, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries). The eligible Tenderers shall have an experience within the last 10 (ten) years of similar works. The project\s is considered as similar if the project\s similar in nature, scope and value for this project and Covers the major items mentioned in the schedule of payments and covers the following - not limited to. The project implemented in water sector/ water treatment plant, pumps and related electro- mechanical works and connection to Scada system. The design of the project in the same nature. The project includes Design, installation, execution, testing, commissioning, training plan and operation of the water treatment plant system for two years during the defect notification period. To be provided at the time of tender with a proof copy of contract agreements or Certificates of completion. The eligible Tenderers shall have a clean record for the past 5 (five) years in terms of contract termination, liquidation of guarantees, and delay in works exceeding 30% duration of the contract period and must not be blacklisted neither by the GTD in the water sector, nor by Miyahuna. Upon request, the Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence to proof this requirement. Tender Documents, 1 hard copy and 1 soft copy, can be purchased from the Jordan Water Company L.L.C Miyahuna at the address noted below starting from starting from August 15, 2021 for the non-refundable fee of (500 JODs) per set.
