Dear Prospect offerers: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide technical support as Lowland Activity Design Coordinator. The selected vendor will be required to work closely with the USAID/Ethiopia Lowlands team. The purpose of this request is seeking offers for Lowland Coordination Activity Design. The individual who is interested on the subject bid can send their document in accordance with the instructions provided below. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, task and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to responsible offeror that submit the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Submission of this RFQ will be open until January 5, 2023, 5:30pm local time. Quotation shall be submitted via email to addisprocruement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time. This request for quotation doesn’t obligate USAID to award Purchase Order nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the participation and submission for the quotation.
