The United States Government (“USG”), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development Mission in Ethiopia (“USAID/Ethiopia”) hereby amends Solicitation # 72066323R00001. The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide answers to questions submitted in response to the RFP. The answers provided are listed in Attachment No. 1 to this Amendment. Extend the proposal submission date from November 28, 2022 to December 12, 2022. Except as specifically amended herein, all terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
