Issue Date: January 15, 2021 Closing Date: January 29, 2021 Subject: Request for Quotation – Consultant to provide technical support to the Education and Youth Office (EYO) Dear Prospective Offeror, The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide technical support to the Education and Youth Office (EYO) on the position consulting service for local partner imitative and HIV prevention, care, and treatments as per the attached d SOW and Solicitation. The purpose of this request is to provide technical support through the delivery of program implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, course correction, and reporting support in collaboration with the MOE and Regional Education Bureaus (REBs) in three regions (SNNPR, Amhara, and Tigray), with a focus on early grade reading, youth, and workforce development, and new projects and activities to be developed. For the period of one year. The awardee will be responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the SOW for a complete description of the objectives, tasks, and deliverables. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror that submits the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Submission of questions regarding this RFQ will be open until January 20, 2021, 5.00PM local time. USAID/Ethiopia will post all answers to the question by close of business on January 25, 2021. Quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Frehiwot Woldsemayat, Procurement Specialist at addisprocurement@usaid.gov by the above stated closing date and time.
