The Purpose of this contract modification is to increase activities contained in the contract’s scope of work and to expand regional coverage to Afya Yangu - RMNCAH for a total increase to the Total Estimated Cost of $8,600,000 over four years. Under this action, the contractor, Jhpiego Corporation, will provide support to 38 Health Training Institutions (HTI) and expansion of MNCAH Coverage to the Dar es Salaam and Tabora Regions. The contract includes an option for additional services in accordance with FAR 17.204(f)(3). Upon approval, the TEC, without optional services, will increase from $66,835,592 to $75,435,592, while the TEC with optional services will increase from $70,660,556 to $79,260,556. The contract period of performance will not change via the proposed modification and will remain January 28, 2022 through January 27, 2027.
