All offers received including in the previous solicitation Sol_72061520R00007 will be considered. The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in the attached solicitation. Submissions must be in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Applicants should retain copies of all offer materials, for their records. Applications must be submitted electronically via email to nairobipscjobs@usaid.gov by the closing date and time indicated above. Late, incomplete, or unsigned applications will not be considered.
