One-year access to on-Demand Information Technology training to a large suite of software applications (minimum course list attached) for 20 users. Training is to be held in either an on-demand or virtual live course, where virtual live courses are guaranteed to run or presented privately (whichever is applicable for that training). Offeror must allow customer to run a report showing each employees progress on assigned course work or be able to provide that information on demand. Offeror must also provide a dedicated tram to quickly address any quality issues pertaining to the award and access to the courses. Offeror must be a Microsoft Learning Partner.
